Lisa Davis, also known as Ms. D or the Sea Moss Lady, holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology and is a certified professional health and stress management coach and holistic nutritionist. With over 10 years of experience as a health coach, Ms. D has been dedicated to helping clients effectively manage stress and improve their overall health through proper nutrition.

When the pandemic hit, Ms. D took it upon herself to find natural products that could protect her family from Covid exposure. In her search, she discovered the benefits of Sea Moss and elderberry, products she was already familiar with. Inspired by their potential, she began creating Sea Moss and herbal products for her family, friends, and clients.

During the pandemic, while her health coaching business took a backseat, Ms. D’s Sea Moss products gained popularity through word-of-mouth referrals. Her previous clients became her most loyal customers, leading her to make the decision to transition from health coaching to establishing Ms. D’s Wellness Goods.
