What is Sea Moss

Sea Moss is a type of sea plant—kind of like seaweed—that grows in the ocean. Even though it looks simple, it is super healthy and full of good stuff your body needs to feel strong and work its best.

Our Sea Moss comes from the warm, clean waters of the Caribbean. It grows naturally and is picked by hand. After it’s gathered, it’s dried in the sun so it keeps all its natural goodness.

Why Is Sea Moss Good for You?

Sea Moss has lots of important vitamins and minerals that help your body stay healthy, such as:

* Iron (helps your blood carry oxygen)
* Calcium (keeps your bones strong)
* Magnesium (helps your muscles work)
* Iodine (helps your body make energy)
* Vitamin K & Folate (help your body grow and heal)

That’s why many people use Sea Moss to help their body feel energized, balanced, and supported.

Different Kinds of Sea Moss

There are a few types of Sea Moss that grow around the world:
* Irish Sea Moss – found in cold Atlantic waters
* Jamaican Sea Moss – grows in warm Caribbean waters
* Eucheuma (Gusô) – found in warm ocean areas like Asia and Africa

All of these grow in the ocean and help support your body in different healthy ways.

A Fun Fact

Sea Moss makes a natural gel when mixed with water. This gel can be added to foods and drinks to make them creamy and nutritious. It also has something called carrageenan, which helps make puddings, ice cream, and sauces thick and smooth.

Why Sea Moss: Our Story

When the world changed in 2020, so did Ms. D’s mission. As uncertainty spread, she searched for natural, trusted ways to protect the people she loved most. That search led her back to two powerful gifts from nature—Sea Moss and Elderberry—ingredients she had studied and used throughout her journey in holistic wellness.

What began as a simple act of care for her family quickly became something more. With intention and compassion, Ms. D handcrafted small batches of Sea Moss and herbal blends for her loved ones, then for neighbors, and soon after, for her health coaching clients. Each jar was created with the same purpose: to nourish, strengthen, and support the body—naturally.

As the months passed, something beautiful happened.
Her clients began sharing their results. Families told their friends. Friends told their communities. And without a single advertisement, Ms. D’s kitchen creations grew into a trusted source of wellness during a time when people needed it most.

The demand became undeniable. What she started out of love had become a movement built on trust.

With loyalty growing and lives being impacted, Ms. D felt a calling to expand beyond coaching and bring her natural products to the world. That heartfelt shift is what birthed Ms. D’s Wellness Goods—a brand grounded in nature, guided by integrity, and inspired by the belief that wellness begins at home.

Today, every product carries that original intention: To nourish families with pure, powerful, plant-based goodness—just the way nature designed.
